The fee follows the length, language, annexes and whether you need comments only or a revised draft. Figures on the site are “from” prices. The exact fee is fixed in an offer after a lawyer has seen the file.
Where to start
A typical review of up to five pages starts from UAH 1,500. A longer, bilingual or cross-border text costs more. Custom drafting in Ukrainian starts from UAH 2,500, English from 3,000, bilingual from 3,500. IT, partnership, licence and international work sit higher because the risk points are denser.
What to check
A base price usually covers one agreed scope and one round of comments. A new payment model or extra countries is a new scope, agreed before the work, not added silently to the invoice.
Money and timing
A short first clarification is free. A consultation without a document starts from UAH 500. That is not the price of a five-page contract review. Send the file or a short brief through the contracts page or the cabinet.
What the figure in the offer is made of
“From UAH 1,500” means a typical review of a Ukrainian contract of up to five pages: one subject, two parties, no group structure and no foreign law. Six to fifteen pages usually start from UAH 2,000. A long text, a bundle of annexes, an English original or a cross-border review starts from UAH 3,000. Drafting is a different product: from UAH 2,500 in Ukrainian, from UAH 3,000 in English, from UAH 3,500 bilingual. A consultation that does not walk through the whole file starts from UAH 500.
The price moves with the work, not with the client’s title. Several mark-ups of one NDA, a supply contract with a delivery schedule, a licence to code, or a public offer with recurring charges are different jobs. A same-day signature is also a line in the offer, because it displaces other matters. Comparing this with a “UAH 300 chat review” misses the point: that chat rarely leaves a written list of risks.
