Legal Nomos is an online practice in Kyiv. We are professional lawyers: we take both straightforward everyday matters and complex contract or cross-border cases. We analyse the facts, explain the risks in plain language and give specifics — what you can do now, what to avoid, and the next step.
We take the request, clarify the circumstances and then either consult or review / draft a contract. Where a narrower specialism is needed, a relevant lawyer joins the same client file. We work in Ukrainian, Russian and English. We do not promise a court outcome and we do not start paid work before the fee is agreed.
Founder and lead counsel
The practice is led by the founder — Legal Nomos’s chief lawyer. His education is international: a university in the United States in international business and contract work. That underpins how we handle cross-border deals, English-language contracts and matters where business logic matters as much as legal form.
With the team we support clients in Ukraine and Europe: consultations, contract review, custom drafting and lawyer chat in the client cabinet.
How the work runs
Describe the situation — a lawyer will break it down and give concrete options. For international issues we first clarify the governing law and the limits of what we can do. Scope and fee are fixed before detailed work starts.
The fee depends on the scope of the matter and is agreed before work begins.
