Terms of use of the site and cabinet

By using legalnomos.com, a form, registration or the client cabinet you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or send a request.
1. Information on the site
Texts, “from” prices, FAQ and service descriptions are general information. They are not individual legal advice and not a public offer for a fixed fee. A consultation and contract work are different services. Sending a form does not mean the case is accepted.
2. How a contract starts
A contract for paid work starts only when Legal Nomos sends an offer in the cabinet with scope, fee and timing, and the client clicks Accept or pays the invoice for that offer. An invoice alone is not acceptance. Clarify means the offer is not accepted. A prepayment is required only if the offer says so.
3. Legal Nomos duties
After acceptance Legal Nomos takes the case within the offer, performs it with professional care and posts status in the cabinet. Quality means the agreed work, not a guarantee of a court result, the other party’s signature or a registration, unless the offer says otherwise. Timing may move if the client does not send documents or changes the task.
4. Client duties
The client gives accurate facts and documents, replies in the cabinet and pays the full agreed fee. Non-payment allows Legal Nomos to pause the work and withhold the result. If the client cancels after acceptance, the part already done may be retained.
5. Messages and files
The cabinet chat is the main channel. Telegram, WhatsApp and email are for contact, not for agreeing a fee. Team-only messages are hidden from the client. Admin may delete a message or file that breaks these terms. Files: PDF, images, DOC/DOCX up to 20 MB. The client confirms the right to share the document.
6. Payment and closing
Pay only using the invoice details of that case. After Closed the case stays in history. New paid work needs a new offer.
7. Liability
Legal Nomos is not liable for loss caused by incomplete client data, third parties or authority decisions. Total liability for a case is limited to the amount paid for that offer, unless the law requires otherwise.
